Planning The Perfect Pool

After pondering pool installation for several years, my wife finally talked me into the decision! Our 2 daughters were now 9 and 10 years old, and our family struggled to use our back patio and outdoor living space in the summer due to the heat and humidity. My struggle was that I did not want the pool, cabana, and outdoor kitchen to look like an “afterthought”. I wanted it to match the design and flow of the house and existing back yard.

After taking (4) various designs from different pool builders, Joe swung by the house on a Saturday morning. He and I spoke for about 30 minutes regarding the different features that I wanted. Within 48 hours, he sent a virtual design that absolutely NAILED IT. I could not have drawn it better if I tried myself.

Custom Designed

The project consisted of the following:
Planter boxes, 3’ change in elevation- steps down off patio down to pool deck, underground storm drainage with (2) sump pumps, outdoor kitchen, sunken cabana, swim-up bar, and finally to enclose a 2nd story balcony off the existing house.

Smooth Construction Process

We broke ground the Monday after Thanksgiving and endured the rainy season. Joe had it complete and us swimming by Spring break! Our house has definitely become the “hang-out” with all of my daughter’s friends., The 1 consistent question that I always get asked is “Who built your pool- this is AWESOME?” I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and J Bradley Pools to handle your back yard transformation!
